img.pro is an image hosting and content delivery network (CDN) API service operated by Moshi Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at:

References to "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms mean Moshi Inc. References to "you" mean the individual or entity using the Service.

By creating an account or using img.pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate account information.
• You must meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies in your jurisdiction. This is generally 13 years old in the United States and most non-EU countries; 13–16 years old in EU member states (each member state sets its own threshold within that range under GDPR Art 8); 16 years old in jurisdictions where the threshold cannot be determined. We require you to confirm at signup that you meet the applicable threshold.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and keeping your credentials secure.
• API tokens are personal to your account and must not be shared publicly.

You retain full ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Fetch images from your origin server (if applicable)
• Store cached copies on our infrastructure
• Process images (resize, optimize, convert formats)
• Serve images to authorized requesters via our CDN

This license exists solely to provide the Service and terminates when you delete your content or account.

You agree not to use the Service to store, process, or distribute:

• Illegal content — Anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours
• Malware — Viruses, trojans, or malicious code disguised as images
• Infringing content — Images you don't have rights to use
• CSAM — Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance policy with immediate law-enforcement referral via NCMEC)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — Revenge porn or similar content
• Harassment content — Images used to harass, threaten, or harm others

Compliance with this policy is enforced through a combination of automated content-safety classification and manual review. We use the detection criteria internally; the specific signals, label sets, and confidence thresholds are not published in order to prevent circumvention. We may flag, hide, apply a reduced retention period to, or remove content that we determine violates this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations.

Content classified as prohibited under this policy may be retained for a shorter period than other content regardless of subscription tier. Content classified as restricted but not prohibited may be retained for a shorter period at the free-tier level. The factors that determine retention and the current operational windows are documented in the Retention section of our Privacy Policy. Reports of violating content may be submitted via our report form.

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a notice, see our DMCA page or use the report form with category "Copyright."

Repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that receive three or more valid takedown notices within any rolling 12-month period will be terminated and their hosted media taken down. Whether a notice is "valid" is determined by Moshi Inc. in its reasonable judgment, taking into account counter-notifications and any pattern of bad-faith reporting.

We reserve the right to:

• Rate limit or throttle excessive API usage that impacts other users
• Refuse service to accounts engaged in abusive behavior
• Remove content that violates these terms without prior notice
• Apply a reduced retention window to content that our classification or review process identifies as violating these terms, as further described in the Retention section of our Privacy Policy
• Suspend accounts that repeatedly violate acceptable use policies

The Service is under active development. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for breaking changes that affect existing integrations.

By you: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Your images will no longer be served through our CDN.

By us: We may terminate accounts immediately for serious violations (including the repeat-infringer rule above) or with 7 days notice for other policy breaches.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
