Does every App have its own plan?
Yes. Each App is on Free, Pro, or Unlimited. Creating an App is free. The image and user counts apply to that App, including its connected users’ storage.
Do transformations count toward my plan’s limits?
No. Free and Pro count stored images and connected users, not transformations. Unlimited has no limits. Image transformations are available on every plan.
What does Unlimited include?
Unlimited is $100 per App per month, with unlimited stored images and unlimited connected users. It includes everything in Pro, including image delivery, URL transforms, and optional img.pro sign-in.
Does Unlimited remove the file size limit?
No. Every plan accepts supported image formats up to 20 MB (20,000,000 bytes) per image. Unlimited removes the image-count and connected-user limits.
Is this the same as the plans I sell in my App?
No. Free, Pro, and Unlimited cover your App’s img.pro plan. Plans your App sells to its users are separate. Selling is in early access and requires setup with support.
How do I upgrade?
The App owner chooses Pro or Unlimited from Billing in img.pro. Checkout shows the amount and applicable taxes before you pay.
