Your account, explained

A little
orientation.

Do I need to create my own App?
No. You can have an img.pro account simply to use Apps made by other people. Creating your own App is optional.
Where do I work with my images?
In the App you’re using. Your img.pro account gives you a home for your connections and account controls; it is not a standalone photo editor or personal image library.
Do different Apps share my image storage?
No. Your connection to each App has its own storage. Connecting to a new App does not give it access to your images in another App.
What does disconnecting do?
Disconnecting deletes your images stored in img.pro for that App and revokes the associated credentials. It also ends an active subscription immediately; a trial ends without a charge. For cancellation and refund options, open Manage plan before disconnecting. It does not delete the App or another user’s images. Read the confirmation in your account before continuing.
Who should I contact for help?
For how an App works, contact its creator. For your img.pro account or connection, email support@img.pro.
